Job Description & Compensation:
The Star Program is a program involving children in grades K-8, along with high school students employed as counselors. The program teaches skills, designed to improve academic achievement, self-confidence, and executive functioning.
The following positions are needed:
1 - Health/Wellness Coordinator

Responsible for student wellness, first-aid, and coordination of wellness activities.

$50.00 per hour, not to exceed 100 hours
3 - Art/SEL Coordinators
-
Responsible for student social emotional wellbeing, and coordination of art activities.

$50.00 per hour, not to exceed 100 hours
2 - Music Coordinators
-
Responsible for student wellness, first-aid, and coordination of wellness activities.

$50.00 per hour, not to exceed 100 hours
1 - Grade level Coordinator Teachers

Responsible for teaching and coordinating all grade level activities.

$50.00 per hour, not to exceed 100 hours
2 - Counselors/College Staff

Responsible for directly supporting Directors and teachers.

$25.00 per hour, not to exceed 100 hours
4 - High School Student Staff
-
Responsible for directly supporting Directors, teachers and counselors.

$16.50 per hour, not to exceed 100 hours
Qualifications: All candidates must receive NYS fingerprint clearance.
