TYPES OF CHANGES

  • Temporary - Circumstances that requires a temporary change to your child's bus assignment. 

    1. Parent/guardian must send a written request to transportation department. This request must have child's name, attending school, contact number, dates and information about the change.
    2. If your request is denied or granted, the parent/guardian will be notified by telephone withn 48 hours from the transportation department.

    Permanent 1-  Physical address changes to a different physical address

    1. Requires proper paperwork to be filled out at the Administration Office located at 70 Leland Lane, Southampton, NY, 11968.
    2. After completion and approval by the admistration office, the transportation department will be notified. 
    3. Parent/Guardian will receive a phone call within 48 hours from the approval date with the new bus assignment. 

     Permanent 2 - Pick-up and/or Drop off location change for entire school year

    1. Parent/guardian must send a written request to transportation department. This request must have child's name, attending school, contact number, dates and information about the change.
    2. If your request is denied or granted, the parent/guardian will be notified by telephone withn 48 hours from the date of the request.
