TYPES OF CHANGES

Temporary - Circumstances that requires a temporary change to your child's bus assignment.
- Parent/guardian must send a written request to transportation department. This request must have child's name, attending school, contact number, dates and information about the change.
- If your request is denied or granted, the parent/guardian will be notified by telephone withn 48 hours from the transportation department.
Permanent 1- Physical address changes to a different physical address
- Requires proper paperwork to be filled out at the Administration Office located at 70 Leland Lane, Southampton, NY, 11968.
- After completion and approval by the admistration office, the transportation department will be notified.
- Parent/Guardian will receive a phone call within 48 hours from the approval date with the new bus assignment.
Permanent 2 - Pick-up and/or Drop off location change for entire school year
- Parent/guardian must send a written request to transportation department. This request must have child's name, attending school, contact number, dates and information about the change.
- If your request is denied or granted, the parent/guardian will be notified by telephone withn 48 hours from the date of the request.
