Facilities Advisory

  • Members of the Facilities Advisory Committee:

    • The committee typically meets the third Thursday of each month at 7PM in the District Office.
    • Currently, the committee is looking to formulate a long term plan regarding the Bus Garage, District Office and Maintenance Facilities.
    • Solutions may involve the renovation of existing facilities and/or the building of new facilities at new locations.
    • New construction would make use of green building construction design and would be highly energy efficient.
    • Also exploring the feasibility of constructing a new bus facility that could provide for the filling of natural gas buses and vehicles.
