Southampton holds a safety fair

Southampton School District’s security department recently hosted a successful Safety Fair for students and their families. The fair featured local police, firefighters and emergency medical technicians who offered demonstrations and information on pathways to volunteering and employment, as well as safety tips.

Additionally, members of the high school’s Outing Club demonstrated skills required for water rescue in drills with the assistance of Southampton Village Ocean Rescue.
