“I am grateful for the opportunity to bring my diverse instructional approach, social and emotional learning standards, restorative practices and 27 years of pedagogic experience to help anchor the community,” Saunders said of his appointment.

Saunders said he intends to become a liaison in his new position to enhance the synergy between the administration, faculty, parents, students and community partners.
