Position Title: Southampton Elementary School Summer Academy 

Location: Southampton Elementary School 

Position Dates: July 6, 2026 - August 7, 2026, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Salary/Pay Scale:

• Teachers $109.36 /hour
• Teacher Assistants $51.45 per hour 

Job Description: The Southampton Elementary School Summer Academy program will consist of core content remediation and intervention lessons/activities in classes for grades Pre-K through grade 4. 

Qualifications: All applicants must hold a valid NYS certification in the area of assignment

• 6 Elementary School Certified Teachers, additional TESOL preferred
• 2 Teacher Assistants, bilingual preferred
• 1 Reading Teacher/Literacy Specialist 
• 1 Substitute - Elementary Teacher 
• 1 Substitute - Teacher Assistant
