Position: Speech Therapist

Location: Southampton Intermediate School

Position Start : August 24, 2026

Salary: As per STA Contract

Description: The Southampton Union Free School District is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services at the Intermediate School. The successful candidate will support students with speech and language needs through evaluation, intervention, and collaboration with staff and families.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to::

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and interpret results

• Participate in eligibility meetings and contribute to IEP development

• Provide direct therapy services to students

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress

• Participate in required Committee on Special Education (CSE) meetings and professional development

Requirements:  Applicants MUST hold a valid NYS NYS license/certification - Speech Therapist
