Southampton Union Free School District is seeking qualified internal applicants for the position of Head Coach – Junior High Boys Volleyball for the school year.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee practices, competitions, and team activities.
- Provide instruction in the fundamentals, skills, and strategies of volleyball.
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, safety, and student-athlete development.
- Supervise student-athletes during practices, competitions, and other team activities.
- Perform other coaching-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in the sport.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- DASA training.
- School Violence Prevention training.
- Child Abuse Identification and Reporting certification.
- Must meet all applicable NYSED and District coaching requirements.
