Southampton among the best school districts in Suffolk

The Southampton School District is proud to be recognized among the best school districts in Suffolk County by Niche for 2026.

                The district impressively ranked at No. 20 in Suffolk County and No. 114 in New York State. The ranking was based on several factors, including academic performance, teacher quality, student diversity and feedback from students and parents. The district earned an overall grade of A.

“We are pleased to rank highly among the best schools in Suffolk County and the state,” said Superintendent of Schools Dr. Fatima Morrell. “This achievement is a true testament to the hard work, dedication and collaboration of our students, educators, staff and community.”
